Last updated: 18 October 2026

This site collects as little as possible: no cookies, no forms, no ads. Here is what is processed when you visit, email me or book a call, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible

Arthur Marico, sole proprietor (EI), 178 Chemin de la Marnière, 31380 Montjoire, France. Contact: arthur@arthurmarico.io.

When you visit the site

Visits are measured with Vercel Web Analytics: pages viewed, referring site, country, browser, device type, clicks on the booking button and use of the calculator. No cookies, nothing is stored on your device. Visitors are counted with an anonymous identifier derived from the request and deleted within 24 hours, so you cannot be identified.

Hosting: Vercel processes technical data (IP address, browser) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (running the site and understanding how it is used). Retention: anonymous identifier deleted within 24 hours, aggregated statistics kept up to 24 months, technical logs a few days at most.

When you email me

I receive your name, email address and what you write, to reply and, if relevant, prepare a proposal.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, or legitimate interest in replying. Kept for 3 years after our last contact.

When you book a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com, which collects your name, email and form answers, and hosts the video call. I may copy the key points into my notes (Notion) to prepare the call and follow up. If you arrive through a tagged link (utm_ parameters) or from another website, that source is passed to Cal.com with your booking, so I know which channel brought you.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Kept for 3 years after our last contact. If you become a client, contracts and invoices are kept for 10 years (French accounting law).

Who receives your data

Only the providers needed to run the site and the business: Vercel (hosting and analytics, United States), Cal.com (booking and video calls, United States), Hostinger (email, Cyprus, European Union) and Notion (notes, United States). Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Transfers outside the EU

Vercel, Cal.com and Notion are based in the United States, and some providers may use subcontractors outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in their data processing terms and, for Vercel, by its certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy (portability). Email arthur@arthurmarico.io: I reply within one month.

You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so there is no cookie banner. Cal.com, once opened, applies its own policy.

Do Not Track

The site does not track you across other websites, so it does not change its behaviour when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated.
